That said, being logged out of the entire site when I click the home button from any game doesn’t seem like a location issue. Nalu’s bonuses are relatively good, but they are not as comprehensive, or enticing for that matter, as other casino’s promotional offers. Nevertheless, the T&C’s of each bonus are pretty clearly laid out, and it’s easy to get started.
This welcome bonus package is divided across your first three deposits. The first offers a 125% match up to £400, the second an 80% match up to £600, and the third a 100% match up to £200. All three bonuses come with a £20 minimum bet and a fair wagering requirement of 30x applicable to slots, virtual games, table games, and lucky games, each contributing at different percentage rates. There’s a maximum bet limit of £5 with each play to be mindful of, whilst the lowest is £0.50. The bonus expires after 30 days of signing up.

I’d say that for the casual gambler, the welcome bonus at Nalu is better than at competing casinos simply because the lower max amount per bonus, and the consistent rollover.
There’s a VIP programme available although it’s not very well defined. For a start, there are no tiers to work with, players just have to wait until they become eligible which is based on their frequency of play at the casino. VIP members are promised exclusive offers, faster withdrawals and a dedicated VIP manager at your disposal. All a little too vague for me. It’s early days though, so let’s see if Nalu bulks out its VIP programme for loyal members.
There’s a decent selection of Banking methods available for players, although I would have liked to have seen more crypto options. Nalu’s withdrawal process is not very well outlined and comes with some discrepancies. The minimum withdrawal is set at a high £100, and the maximum allowance is capped at £7,000 per month, which sounds low when compared to other casinos.
If winnings are over £30,000, the casino states that it “has the right’ to divide your winnings in monthly instalments. Moreover, there’s a clause in their T&C’s which states that the site reserves the right to charge the account holder for administrative costs, but does not state what type of costs. These caveats create a sense of imbalance and don’t feel clear enough to me.

At first glance the casino looks quite impressive with a buffet of featured games, most including demo versions. However, upon closer review, some of these games, mostly slots, didn’t load, failed connection errors seemed prevalent, whilst others had outdated flash players. The navigation proved a little difficult with some games too, as I was logged out of the site a few times. Overall that experience wasn’t so enjoyable. Although, unfortunately, some games were just too small to enjoy on the phone, and weren’t well optimised for playing on the phone.
